1. Setup begins at 7:00 A.M. Everyone must be cleaned up by 5:00 P.M...
2. As an independent dealer, you are responsible for damage done to the Church property by you, your guests, agents or employees, as well as their care, safety and deportment.
3. The sale /display of hazardous items or weapons are prohibited.
4. As an independent dealer you are responsible for losses or damages to your vehicle or goods caused by fire, theft or accident.
5. You may bring your own tables or rent a table from the Church, see below.
6. Finally, the dealer agrees to look upon the Episcopal Church of Our Saviour and any of its Parish Members as being exempt from all suits, claims and demands in connection with the use of the Church premises.
